Deeper Diagnostic Audit
The umbrella over four foundational-positioning diagnostics, delivered from a single engagement.
The surface we map
The Deeper Diagnostic Audit maps four foundational off-platform positioning surfaces from one engagement: the adjacent audiences you do not yet reach, the shadow infrastructure your positioning quietly rests on, the gaps in your competitors' published content, and the warmest credible paths into your highest-value ICP members. The object is the foundation beneath your go-to-market, the part recurring execution assumes but never maps.
It packages four one-shot diagnostics into one intake and one deliverable set. You receive four reports, each with its own named methodology and money-back guarantee. The bundle is EUR 17,500, delivered within 14 days of intake completion; the four diagnostics list at roughly EUR 22,500 individually, so the bundle is the discounted way to run all four at once. Two constituents (Adjacency Report and Shadow Infrastructure Map) are also available on their own.
The evidence standard
Every constituent grounds its findings in verbatim evidence and states what it does and does not verify. Each names the specific entities, audiences, gaps, or paths it found and shows the quote or the resolved record behind each, so the evidence travels with the finding rather than asking you to take it on faith. Where a finding cannot be grounded, it is flagged honestly rather than fabricated.
The four differ in how that standard is held, and we are precise about it. Network Path Map enforces an internal-consistency gate at the persistence boundary: a path that claims a warmer connection than your supplied notes support is dropped to the cold floor. Adjacency Report, Shadow Infrastructure Map, and Competitor Gap Report hold their verbatim standard at generation, with the evidence printed beside each finding for you to check, rather than through a separate automated drop gate. We claim the gate where the gate exists.
The four constituents
Each diagnostic looks at your positioning from a different angle, and each has its own methodology page where its scope, inputs, and limits are documented in full:
- Adjacency Report maps the adjacent audiences your ICP already trusts, ranked by overlap, each grounded in a verbatim excerpt from your content samples. Methodology →
- Shadow Infrastructure Map names the implicit thought-leadership ecosystem your content rests on across eight categories, each with verbatim evidence quotes. Methodology →
- Competitor Gap Report surfaces competitor differentiation gaps from your competitors' published content over a recent window, each gap anchored in a verbatim quote or a counted absence-of-evidence observation. Methodology →
- Network Path Map classifies the warmest credible entry path into each of up to 10 named ICP members on a four-rung ladder, with a cited opener per path. Send-agnostic: it classifies paths, it does not contact anyone. Methodology →
Trust boundaries
Adjacency Report, Shadow Infrastructure Map, and Competitor Gap Report ground their findings in evidence read from public or supplied content, so quality scales with what is available. Network Path Map classifies paths from the network you describe at intake; it enforces that no path claims a warmer connection than your notes support, but it does not independently verify that a claimed relationship or institution is real. Where a finding cannot be grounded, it is marked honestly rather than fabricated. We do not promise capabilities we have not built.
Guarantee
The bundle is delivered within 14 days of intake completion, with a money-back guarantee on that deadline. Each constituent additionally carries its own delivery guarantee. Back to the Deeper Diagnostic Audit → or contact support@drosjer.org.
